Wilkinson, Robert Victor

War Service: Robert Victor Wilkinson served as a Driver in the Royal Army Service Corps and his service number was T4/059500. He died on 16th June 1920, aged 28.

Location of Memorial: He is buried in Brockley cemetery, where his name is recorded on the screen wall listing those whose graves have no headstone.

Details: Robert Victor Wilkinson was born on 29th May 1892 to John and Susannah Wilkinson and he was baptised on 30th June 1892 at Herne Hill, Southwark.

In 1911 he was recorded living at 84 Fordel Road, Catford with his parents and his siblings; Percy, Cecil, Harold and Queenie. He was employed as a milk boy.

He married Kathleen Wood on 16th August 1914 at the church of St.Mark, Plumstead.
