Second Lieutenant ALAN FRANK AUGUSTUS WEBBER of 5th battalion East Lancashire Regiment was killed in action on 24 August 1918.

He is buried in Adanac Military Cemetery, Miraumont.

Location of Memorial:

He is remembered on the war memorial at St Hilda’s church, Brockley . His name was also recorded on the memorial at St Cyprian’s church.

Details:

He was 24 years old, the son of Frank Harris Webber and Blanche Henrietta Webber, of 29, Merritt Rd., Crofton Park.
