Lance Bombardier CHARLES THOMPSON of 152 Heavy Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery was killed in action on 3 October 1918, aged 25.

He is buried in Ribecourt Railway Cemetery near Cambrai.

He is remembered on the war memorial at St Peter’s church, Brockley.

Details:
He was the son of H. J. and Jane Thompson of 41, Elmer Road, Catford.
