Private LEOPOLD ALFRED STRAUB of the 5th battalion Royal Berkshire Regiment died on 27 April 1917, aged 27.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Arras Memorial

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorial at St Saviour’s Church, Lewisham High Street.

Details:
He was born in Lewisham in the summer of 1890, the youngest son of Konrad Straub. He was the husband of Anne Carey (formerly Straub).
