Lance Corporal G/8532 PERCY GEORGE STEGGELL of the 7th battalion Queen's Own (Royal West Kent Regiment) was killed in action on 21 March 1918.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Pozieres Memorial.

Location of Memorial:
He is also remembered on the memorial in the church of St Michael and All Angels, Sydenham.

Details:
He was 25 years old. He was the brother of Mr. A. J. Steggell, of Kent House Rd., Sydenham. He was born in Kennington, lived in Lower Sydenham and enlisted in Lewisham.
