Private 2781 CHARLES EDWIN SPICER of 1/7th (City of London) battalion London Regiment was killed in action on 25 September 1918, aged 19.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Loos Memorial.

He is remembered on the memorials at the church of St James, Hatcham and the Mazawattee Tea Company in Deptford.

Details:
He was the son of Mr. H. F. and Mrs. A. Spicer, of 114, Milton Court Road, New Cross.
