Details:
Elsie C Smith aged 2 and Katherine L "Kitty or Katie" Smith aged 9 died during an air raid at 181 Ilderton Road 4 others also died in this raid of 7 September 1915. They were 2 of 5 children of Thomas John Smith [1880] and Ellen Maud Pheobe nee Foster[1880]. Thier children were; Minnie [1904][Injured and treated at Guy's Hospital], Katherine L "Kitty or Katie" [1906][Killed], Frederick [1907][Injured slightly] , Dorothy [1910][Unjured] and Elsie C [1913][Killed]. Thomas John was a general labourer at Cotton's Wharf.
