Private 2396 ARTHUR ERNEST SANGER of 24th (County of London) battalion London Regiment ( The Queen’s) was killed action on 26 May 1915. He enlisted in Kennington.
He is remembered on the Le Touret memorial

He was also commemorated on the war memorial which stood in Monson Road in New Cross.
Details:
He was the son of John James and Mary Elizabeth Heath Sanger. His brother Frederick also died.
