Second Lieutenant JOHN BEAUMONT SALBERG of ā€˜Dā€™ company, 12th battalion Royal Sussex Regiment died on 30 June 1916, aged 21. He was commissioned into the Royal Sussex from the Royal Fusiliers on 7 May 1916.

He is buried in Cabaret Rouge British cemetery

He is remembered on the memorial in the church of the Good Shepherd, Lee.

Details:
He was the son of Fanny Salberg, of Lee, and the late Salis Ernest Salberg.
