Bombardier 22352 STANLEY MARTIN RHOADES of 162 Brigade Royal Field Artillery died of his wounds on 3 October 1917, aged 22.

He is buried in Lissenthoek Military Cemetery.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorials at Christ Church, Forest Hill the Sydenham South Suburban Gas Works. and Brownhill Road Central School, Catford.

Details:
He was the son of Edward James Rhoades, of 87, Rushy Green, Catford.
