Second Lieutenant GODFREY MARSHALL RAWLINSON of 1/4th battalion Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry died of wounds on 16 July 1916, aged 21.

He is buried in Couin British Cemetery near Doullens.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the war memorial at Blackheath Congregational Church.

Details:
He was the son of Anna Rawlinson, of "Waldencot," Headington, Oxford, and the late Alfred John Rawlinson.
