Private L/7861 LEONARD THOMAS PYEFINCH died on 20 October 1914 while serving with the 1st Battalion The Buffs (East Kent Regiment).

He has no known grave and is commemorate on the Ploegsteert Memorial on the road from Ypres to Messines.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorials at St Mildred’s church, Lee and the South Lee Tabernacle.
