Gunner 926216 REGINALD CHIRGWIN POTTER of ’D’ battery, 290 Brigade, Royal Field Artillery died on 9 May 1917, aged 18.
He is buried in Mory Abbey Military Cemetery between Arras and Bapaume.
Location of Memorial:
He was remembered on the war memorial at Brownhill Road Central School, Catford. He is also named on the memorial to the 91 and 139 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery in St Swithun’s church, Hither Green.
Details:
He was born in Camberwell in the summer of 1898. He was the son of Mrs. Florence Potter, of 15, Severns Rd., Clapham Junction.
