Pavior or Pavier, William John

War Service:
Private William John Pavier Service No:G/945 of the 6th Bn Queen's Own (Royal West Kent Regiment). He enlisted in Bromley and was killed in Action 14 October 1915 in France and Flanders.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the Loos Memorial to those who died at the Battle of Loos, but have no known grave, Panel 95 to 97. He remembered locally on the Lewisham Council Staff War Memorial.

Details:
He was born 21 June 1889 in Beckenham, the son of William and Eliza Pavier. He attended Haseltine Road Board School and was a Road Sweeper for Lewisham Metropolitan Borough when he enlisted in 1914.
