Private 11359 HORACE JAMES PARKER of the 11th battalion Hampshire Regiment was killed in action on 31 March 1918, aged 25.

He is buried in Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery near Amiens.

He is remembered on the Sydenham South Suburban Gas Works war memorial.

Details:
He was born in Lower Sydenham. He was the son of Mrs. Rosina Parker, of 14, Park Street, Brighton.
