Lieutenant Charles Christopher, PACEY, 'E' Company 57 Battalion, County of London Home Guard aged 42 was killed together with Lieutenant William W. Ray, Lieutenant Albert Edward Henry Smith, Sergt. Ernest Alfred Tarr and Corporal Frederick C Lucas when their Headquarters at Brockley Road School was destroyed by a Flying Bomb on 19 June 1944.

He was buried in CAMBERWELL NEW CEMETERY

Square 102. Grave 8265.

Location of Memorial: He is remembered on the memorial at St. Hilda's Church, Crofton Park.
