Gunner 45406 STANLEY ARTHUR LEWIS of 185 Brigade Royal Field Artillery died of wounds on 14 September 1916, aged 18.

He is buried in Nunhead cemetery, where his name is recorded on the screen wall listing those whose graves have no headstone.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorial at the church of St James, Hatcham.

Details:
He was the son of George and Emma Margaret Lewis, of 479, Seven Sisters Road, South Tottenham.
