Lieutenant DUDLEY WAYGOOD LANCASTER of 1st battalion South Staffordshire Regiment was accidentally killed on 23 January 1918, aged 21. He was commissioned into the South Staffs from the Royal Military College on 19 July 1916.

He is buried in Ladywell cemetery.

He is remembered on the memorial at Christ Church, Forest Hill.

Details:
He was the youngest son of Mortimer and Mabel Waygood Lancaster, of "Linstead," 108, Perry Vale, Forest Hill.
