Lieutenant ALAN COLLINGWOOD KNIGHT of the 14th battalion the Rifle Brigade died of wounds on 28 June 1915,aged 39. At the time of his death he was attached to the 1st Battalion, Dublin Fusiliers.

He is buried at Pink Farm Cemetery, Helles [Gallipoli]

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorial at Blackheath Congregational Church.

Details:
He was the third son of W. Duncan Knight and Agnes Knight, of "Rapkyns," Horsham. His death was announced in The Times of 10 July 1915.
