He is buried at BULLS ROAD CEMETERY, FLERS Grave Reference: II. J. 23. He is also remembered locally on the Hither Green School and Lee Baptist Chapel Memorials.

He was the son of Edward Job Jacobs; husband of Elizabeth Sarah Jacobs, of 32, Porthcawl Road, Lower Sydenham, London, Born at Lee, London.
