Sergeant CLIFFORD OWEN HOWARD Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve died on 14 September 1942 while serving with 12 Squadron. He was 24. His Wellington ‘PH-F’ was lost on an operation to bomb Wilhelmshaven.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Air Forces Memorial at Runnymede.

He is remembered in the Brockley County School Book of Remembrance.

Details:
He was the son of Percy and Alice Howard and husband of Joyce Howard of Whyteleafe, Surrey.
