Hooper, Colin Holt

War Service:
Lieutenant in the 20th Bn London Regiment. He died 28 September 1915 aged 22 of wounds sustained on the 25th.

He is buried and remembered in the Treport Military Cemetery [Plot 1. Row E. Grave 3.]. Treport was an important hospital Centre during this time.

He is also remembered on the St Margaret's Lee War Memorial, on 20th London Regiment Roll of Honour

Details:
He was the son of Charles and Edith Mary Hooper, of 8, Aberdeen Terrace, Blackheath. He was educated at Lindisfarne, Blackheath, and Oundle School (scholar). His elder brother Charles Gordon Hooper is also commemorated on the St Margaret's Lee War Memorial.
