Flight Sergeant ARTHUR CHARLES ALFRED GRACE Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve died on 6 February 1945 while serving with 45 Group, Royal Air Force. He was 28.
45 group was RAF Ferry Command based on Darrell’s Island, Bermuda and responsible for flying American built aircraft across the Atlantic to Africa and Europe.

He is buried at the Bermuda Royal Naval Cemetery.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the Roll of Honour at the church of St John the Baptist, Southend.

Details:
He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Grace and husband of Mary Grace, of Sheffield.
