Temporary Lieutenant ROLAND VERNON GOODALL Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve died on 6 August 1942, aged 25. At the time of his death he was in command of the trawler HMS St Nectan when she was involved in a collision.

He is buried in Gibraltar (North Front) cemetery.

He is remembered on the memorial at Holy Trinity church, Sydenham.

Details:
He was the son of Thomas Henry and Evelyn Goodall, of Forest Hill.
