Drummer HAROLD HERBERT GIGGINS of the 7th battalion The Buffs (East Kent Regiment) was killed in action on 23 March 1918. He enlisted on 15 August 1914.

He has no known grave and is remembered on the Pozieres Memorial

He is remembered on war memorial at Blackheath Congregational Church

Details:
He was born in Forest Gate in East London, the only son of George and Annie Giggins. They later moved to 8, Engate St., Lewisham.
When he enlisted he gave his occupation as clerk.
