Battery Sergeant Major STEPHEN BRADY FULLER of ‘B’Battery, 317 Brigade, Royal Field Artillery died of wounds on 29 August 1918, aged 28.

He is buried in Terlincthun British Cemetery, Wimille. The area around Boulogne held a number of hospitals and it is likely that Stephen Fuller died in one of them.

He is remembered on the war memorials at Trinity Congregational church, Catford and on the memorial at Addey and Stanhope School Deptford,

Details:
He was the eldest son of Mountjoy Stephen and Hannah Sophia Fuller of Forest Hill. He was the husband of Ada Fuller, of 94, Ravensbourne Rd., Catford. Their son Mountjoy Gordon Fuller died in September 1941 while serving with the Royal Artillery.
His brother George was killed in September 1917 while serving with the Rifle Brigade.
