Location of Memorial:
He is buried in Godewaersvelde British Cemetery near Poperinghe and remembered on the war memorial at the Private Banks Cricket and Athletic Club in Catford.

Details:
He was born in West Ham. He was the husband of Lauretta C. Forfar, of 13, Hillcrest Road, South Woodford. They married in the summer of 1912. He was employed by the National Provincial and Union Bank of England.
