Private 1530 SIDNEY JAMES FARLEY of ‘B’ company, 1/20th (Blackheath and Woolwich) battalion the London Regiment was killed in action on 25 September 1915.

He is buried and remembered in Cabaret Rouge British Cemetery, Souchez.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the war memorial at the parish church of St Mary, Lewisham and also on the 20th London Regiment Roll of Honour.

Details:
He was 20 years old, the son of Alfred and Milly Farley, of 19, Laleham Rd., Catford.
