Lance Corporal 7957713 EDWARD WILLIAM EVERITT of B Squadron, 2nd Lothians and Border Horse, Royal Armoured Corps died on 19 April 1945, aged 22. 2nd Lothian & Borders Horse were part of 6 Armoured Division equipped with Sherman tanks.

He is buried in Argenta Gap War Cemetery, Italy.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorial at Holy Trinity, Sydenham. His name is also recorded in the Royal Armoured Corps Roll of Honour on display in the Tank Museum, Bovington, Dorset.

He was the son of Grace Winifred Everitt.
