He is buried in Ferme-Olivier Cemetery Plot 2. Row G. Grave 9. he is also remembered locally on the War Memorial at All Saints Church, Blackheath

Details:
He was the son of James and Emily Evans of 10 Montpelier Vale, Blackheath.
