Dadd, Reginald John


War Service:
Second Lieutenant REGINALD JOHN DADD of the 7th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers was killed on 5 April 1918. He enlisted in the Royal Fusiliers in September 1914 and was wounded in July 1916. He was recommended for a commission and gazetted as a second lieutenant in August 1917.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Arras memorial.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on the memorial at Brownhill Road Baptist church.

He was the third son of Mr and Mrs Stephen Dadd of Thornbeach Road, Catford. He was educated at Stafford College, Forest Hill and Woolwich Polytechnic.
