War Service:
Private 10595 CHARLES CURTIS of 11th (Lewisham) battalion Queen's Own (Royal West Kent Regiment) died on 1 July 1917, aged 37.

Location of Memorial:
He is buried in Ladywell cemetery where his name is recorded on the screen wall listing those servicemen whose graves are not marked by a headstone.

He was the son of Charles and Emily Curtis and husband of Ada Curtis of 95, Mangrove Village, Luton, Beds. He was born in Hillingdon.
