Private Vernon George CROCKFORD Service No:G/9457 of the 11th Bn. Queen's Own (Royal West Kent Regiment). He died 15 September 1916 aged 26.

Location of Memorial:
He was buried at the BULLS ROAD CEMETERY, FLERS, Grave Reference: II. F. 1. So far no local memorial has been found naming him. The 11th Royal West Kent Memorial in Lewisham has no names.

Details:
He was the son of Emily Mary Crockford, of 49, St. Fillan's Road, Catford.
