COOK, Josiah Samuel Rifleman 385092 2nd/8th Battalion London Regiment (Post Office Rifles). He died aged 29 died 20 September 1917 at Wurst Farm Ridge, during the Third Battle of Ypres.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial at Ypres Panel 54.

Children of Josiah and Lily Doris A [March Q 1916 Greenwich RD], Joe [Born in Lewisham Registration District December 1917, a few months after his father died.]
