Sergeant Ernest Arthur Cannings of the Royal West Kent Regiment was killed in action during the first world war.

Location of Memorial:
He is remembered on a Private memorial erected by the Choir-men and also in the Book of Remembrance in St Saviour Church, Forest Hill.

Details:
For many years he was a choir-man of the church of St Saviour, Forest Hill.
