Company Quartermaster Sergeant NEVILL BENJAMIN BLYTHE BROOK of ‘A’ company, 1/6th battalion Northumberland Fusiliers died on 27 April 1915, aged 25.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Menin Gate at Ypres.

He is remembered on the memorial at St Cyprian’s church, Brockley.

Details:
He was the son of Benjamin Blythe Brook and Martha Elizabeth Brook [late], of 4, Cedars Road, Beckenham. He was born in Wandsworth in the spring of 1889. His brother James was killed on 29 July 1916 while serving with the 28th battalion, Australian Infantry.
