Private 3715 KENDALL JAMES BOLITHO of 5th Infantry Battalion, Australian Imperial Force died in Lewisham Military Hospital on 21 October 1916 of wounds sustained in action in Belgium on 11 September.

He was buried in Ladywell Cemetery on 26 October 1916.

He is remembered on the Australian War Memorial in Canberra and on the memorial at University Hospital Lewisham

Details:
He was 23. He was the son of Thomas and Lucy Bolitho of Riddell, Victoria. When he enlisted in Melbourne on 14 July 1915 he gave his occupation as labourer.
