Captain ARTHUR JOHN BISCOE 1st Battalion Royal Irish Rifles died of wounds on 12 March 1915, aged 34. He joined the regiment in 1899 and was promoted lieutenant in 1902 and captain in 1908.

He is buried in Boulogne Eastern cemetery.

He is remembered on the memorial in All Saints church, Blackheath.

Details:
He was the son of Frederick and Alice Biscoe of Blackheath.
