Backhauser, Herbert Frederick

Private HERBERT FREDERICK BACKHAUSER of the 15th battalion, The London Regiment (Prince of Wales' Own Civil Service Rifles) died on 4 September 1918.

Location of Memorial:
He is buried in Mont Noir cemetery, St Jans-Capel, near Bailleul and remembered on the memorial at Brownhill Road Baptist church.

Details:
He was born in Lewisham in the spring of 1897.
