Second Lieutenant DUNCAN FRANCIS CHARLES ADAMSON of the 20th battalion London Regiment died on 12 September 1918 while serving with the 9th battalion London Regiment (Queen Victoria's Rifles). He was 21. His father Francis died on 25 May 1915 while serving with the 20th Battalion London Regiment.

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Vis-en-Artois Memorial near Arras.

Location of Memorial:
Both he and his father are remembered on the war memorial at St Laurence, Catford and on 20th London Regiment Roll of Honour.

Details:
He was the son of Minnie Adamson, of 49 Brownhill Road, Catford and the late Francis Richard D. Adamson.
