Type: Painted Triptych [12313] fronting wooden wall [12142]
Description: Oak triptych gilded and bearing the names of the fallen in decorative script [12313]. The tablet is fixed on wood panelling [12142] that bears the names of WW2 civilian and military dead and is situated beneath the south window of the Chapel that was refurbished as part of the WW1 memorial. This includes Stained glass Memorial window showing a crucified Christ against a War Damaged background it is situated above the altar with the WW1 Memorial Triptych and WW2 paneled wall to its right, which does not have a UKNIWM reference.
Inscription:
In proud and loving memory of the men of this Parish or Congregation who gave their lives in the Great War, this chapel is furnished & dedicated to the honour and glory of God, 1919 [12313]
