Description: Ornate marble tablet comprised of both white and coloured marble with black lozenge shaped insets and a gilded surround. At the top there is the cross of St. George to its left is inscribed IHS in white marble on a red surround, to the right in blue are the keys of St Peter. The names of the dead and dedications are inscribed in black on white marble.

Ceremonies:
The memorial was unveiled by Lieut.-Gen Sir F. LLoyd on Thursday 28 September 1921, the dedication was by Rev. E. Noel Mellish V.C M.C, Vicar of St Marks Lewisham.
