Description: Large stone tablet with decorated top and canopy over four panels with names. There are five shields in the canopy, including those of St Andrew, St George and St Patrick with another unidentified shield below the names.

Inscription:
To The Glory Of God And In Undying Memory Of The Men Of This Church / Who Gave Their Lives For Their King And Country In The Great War.

Note: The church is now in other use. The tablet is situated on the East Side of a Memorial Garden on the church wall.
